At Jobec, we offer a complete in-house rotational moulding service, taking your project from a simple idea through to a fully manufactured product. From initial concept and CAD design, to tool manufacture and final production, every stage is handled under one roof—ensuring speed, quality, and flexibility throughout.

With rotomoulding expertise dating back to 1995, we have built a wealth of knowledge that allows us to deliver high-quality, durable products across a wide range of applications. Our facility is equipped with six moulding machines, capable of producing moulds up to 6.2m long and 2.8m in diameter.

Rotational moulding is a highly versatile process, ideal for creating strong, hollow, one-piece plastic products such as tanks, containers, and complex shapes. It offers significant advantages in producing large, durable items with minimal waste, making it both cost-effective and environmentally efficient.

With over 30 years of combined experience in design and manufacturing, we understand the full potential of rotational moulding—allowing us to turn ideas into practical, high-performing solutions.

The Process

The rotational moulding process involves three key stages: loading the mould with plastic material, heating while rotating to evenly form the shape, and finally cooling before removing the finished product.
